Q: Wake-on-LAN is not working. What should I do?
A: Please check the following:
  • Is Wake-on-LAN enabled in the target device's BIOS/UEFI settings?
  • Are the correct MAC address and IP address entered?
  • Is the device connected to the same local network?
  • Are the network firewall settings configured properly?
Q: The widget is not updating. What should I do?
A: Go to "Widget Configuration" from the settings screen, select the host to use, and tap the "Update Widget" button.
Q: How do I use the MAC address scanner?
A: On the host addition screen, tap the camera icon to the right of the MAC address input field and take a picture of the area where the MAC address is written. It will be automatically recognized by OCR.
Q: Is data synchronized to the cloud?
A: No. All data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to external servers. For more details, please see the Privacy Policy.
Q: How do I set up Siri Shortcuts?
A: When you select a host in "Widget Configuration" from the settings screen, Siri Shortcuts will be automatically enabled. You can use it by saying "Hey Siri, Send Wake-on-LAN packet".
